Silver
Extended hardware warranty and updates always available for online download. Warranty interventions are carried out in house.
Gold
All Silver services, plus on-site warranty interventions and troubleshooting. Response within 4 hours.
Platinum
All Gold services, plus 5 days of on-site customisation and tuning, Mobile Kit and Remote Administration via VPN. Response within 30 minutes.
Plus Extension
Added to Platinum: a project manager and a specialised technician take charge of configuration, enhancements, integrations and development of custom plug-ins.
Certified skills on the platform
The certifications require problem-solving skills and the ability to carry out practical tasks: this is why candidates take a results-based (hands-on) exam.
First level Sentinet³ Certified System Administrator (S3CSA)
For those who administer IT infrastructures with SentiNet³ on a daily basis. Intensive 3-day course: monitoring of Unix and Microsoft systems, SNMP, WMI, checks via SSH and multi-level maps.
Second level Sentinet³ Certified System Engineer (S3CSE)
For those who manage complex infrastructures, customisations and advanced troubleshooting. Intensive 5-day course; requires the S3CSA certification held for at least 2 years.
A certified technician for your Pack
The two services work together: in the Platinum and Plus Extension Packs, the days of on-site customisation and tuning are carried out by a SentiNet³ certified technician. The Pack configuration is defined together with you, based on the infrastructure and the required service levels.
